OUR MISSION.
Every day, families in our community face tough choices between putting food on the table, paying bills, purchasing necessities or keeping warm. At Remember Nettie Cares, we believe no one should have to make those choices alone. We provide hot meals, essential items (like winter coats, back packs and school supplies) to locals in need. We open our space to the community when needed for events like repasses, fundraisers, family and food/clothing drives to help our neighbors in need.
We exist to meet the needs of our community members with compassion and respect and in honor of our late matriarch, Nettie. Through food distribution, hot meals served, clothing drives, community partnerships, we aim to build a stronger, more connected community where everyone has what they need to live well.
